How to Create and Setup a Company, Product Page in Google+
Google+, which has attracted more than 40 million users since it was launched in June, was previously only open to individuals.
Creating a page brings you closer to your customers, fans, and followers on Google+.
Here’s how you can create a Google+ page for your Companies.

Step A: Google+ Create Page can found on the right side of Google+ Homepage or true this site link https://plus.google.com/u/0/pages/create
Step B: Select a category. You can choose from:
Google Plus Page category:
Local Business or Place - Hotels, restaurants, places, stores, services...
Product or Brand - Apparel, cars, electronics, financial services...
Company, Institution or Organization - Companies, organizations, institutions, non-profits...
Arts, Entertainment or Sports - Movies, TV, music, books, sports, shows...
Other - Use if your page doesn't fit in another category...
Step C: Fill in the info it asks for. This will differ depending on which category you select, but is basically just basic info. It’s probably a good idea to fill out as many of the fields as possible, because the more info you give, the more Google has to work with when it comes to associating your brand with different things. This can’t hurt when it comes to search rankings.
Step D: Customize. Add your tagline, profile photo, etc. You can add numerous photos. It shows six at the top of the profile page, so it’s probably a good idea to fill in those at the very least.
Step E: Add content. For one, you don’t want just an empty profile. Start sharing. It’s probably a good idea to share some content even before your page has any followers. This will (hopefully) make people want to follow the profile once they do come across the page. Show people that you have interesting content worth sharing. If you’re not creating the content, this is still a good place to curate relevant content as it relates to your audience or industry.
Step F: Add photos and videos. Go beyond just filling in the six photos at the top. The more you add, the more engagement there is to be had. If people can look through your photos or watch your videos, that’s more time that they’re spending with your brand – especially if these photos/videos are your own content.
Step G: Add some Circles and Follow others.
Google+ Vanity URL
Google has not introduced a vanity url yet, so your Google+ page URL will be of the form https://plus.google.com/105610494253694277320, which is kind of ugly and hard to remember. One alternative is to use a URL shortener (such as bit.ly) to create a personalised short URL for your Gplus page. For example, the URL shortener http://mte.gs/mte-gplus will lead to Make Tech Easier Google+ page. This is of course a temporary solution till Google introduces the vanity URL.
Promoting your Google+ Page
How to create Google+ badge:
1. go to https://developers.google.com/+/plugins/badge/config.
2. Enter your Google+ page ID (the string of numbers behind the “https://plus.google.com“). Choose the size of the icon that you want to appear on your site. Lastly, enter your badge name.

Linking your website to your Google+ Page
If you have followed the instructions above to add the badge to your site, your site is already linked to your Google+ page.
If not, just paste the following code to your site, between the <head></head> tag
<link href="https://your-gplus-page-url" rel="publisher" />
Replace the “https://your-gplus-page-url” with your Google+ page URL.
