Code name LG Optimus L3 phone is being listed as the E400, this smartphone has been able to pre-order at a price of $190. Running on Gingerbread the capacitive buttons seem to be hiding at first glance.

The LG E400 Optimus L3 Tech Specification:

Android 2.3 Gingerbread, 3.2-inch screen with QVGA resolution of 240x320 pixels, 3 megapixel rear camera. The processor is not mentioned but it certainly will not be too amazing considering this is an entry level Android smartphone. With HSPA network to 3.6 mbps, this phone also has WiFi.

Not yet known whether the Optimus L3 will be sold in other countries, but chances are we'll find out at Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona next month.
