Russia Send Robot Cargo Ship to Space Station
It was the first space mission of the year for Russia – progress has carrying 2.6 metric tonnes of essential supplies like food and fuel for the 6-man crew of the ISS.
From english.ruvr:
A fragment of the Chinese weather satellite Fengyun-1C may pass in a dangerously close proximity to the International Space Station on January 29th, NASA reports.
Experts say that the ISS might have to change its orbit to dodge the fragment.
However, it won’t be able to boost orbit before its docking with the Progress M cargo spacecraft scheduled for 4:06 Moscow time on January 28th .
Fragments of the Chinese weather satellite shot down by a Chinese ballistic missile in January 2007 have threatened ISS security several times before.
